Shipping policy

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £50. A flat shipping fee of £4.99 is payable for orders under £50

All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method, through Royal Mail We provide tracked shipping on all orders.

Order cancellations or adjustments may not be possible after the order is placed. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order with in 2 - 3 days once dispatched.

Additionally, please note that BHP™ does not ship to P.O. boxes, and only physical home addresses may be shipped to. Customers who made an order with a P.O. box address will be contacted to make an address change, and orders will not be processed until a physical home address is provided.

BHP™ is not liable for lost, damaged, or uncollected packages, and the delivery times shown below are estimated.
